The Zyex Violin String set produces an extremely warm and rich sound and has an excellent bow response. They are made from a new generation of Zyex composite synthetic core material, creating strings that are incredibly stable, even under drastic climatic conditions.

It also ensures pitch stability, fast break in time and a tone close to gut in density and richness. Within a matter of hours, Zyex settles in on the instrument with a sound that is warmer than most other synthetic core strings.

Zyex is also an excellent choice for use on bright sounding instruments.

The D string included with the standard set is aluminum wound but there is an option to have a silver wound D. Packaging in uniquely-designed sealed pouches provides unparalleled protection from the elements that cause corrosion.
