The D’Addario Zyex Viola string set has a new generation synthetic material core. This Zyex core produces an extremely warm, rich sound and is very stable, even under drastic climatic conditions.

Within a matter of hours, Zyex settles in on the instrument with a sound that is warmer than most other synthetic core strings. Zyex is also an excellent choice for use on bright sounding instruments.

For string identification, please see the D’Addario silk colour chart. Available in three sizes: Long scale (16"+), medium scale (15”-16") or short scale (13”-14")
